1. Monthly bundled all-net/other network minutes will be pro-rated if subscription period is less than a month.
2. All Postpaid plans including Member Lines with unlimited voice service bundle are subject to our Fair Usage Policy.
3. All voice minutes bundled only apply to domestic mobile/fixed on-net & off-net usage and excludes video calls, IDD, International Roaming, Voicemail (1311) or calls to special numbers/premium numbers (e.g.: 1300 / 1500 / 1508 / 1600 / 1700 / 1900 / 103, 800 & 15999) and 02-prefix numbers for border calls to Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei.
4. All voice minutes bundled shall be used strictly as part of normal everyday mobile voice usage for individual customers and not for commercial use. In amplification of the Fair Usage Policy, the Service shall not be:
   1. re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way;
   2. used for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, application-to-person communication, continuous calling for extended period of time, auto-dialing, machine-to-machine communication;
   3. used for wholesale or for SIM boxing or aggregate minutes on our network;
   4. used in connection with a device, software or application which re-routes calls;
   5. used to set up switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours and limiting the ability for other customers to access our network; or
   6. used for any other activity that U Mobile considers to be non-standard usage.
5. The following plans will be bundled with unlimited Internet quota for:
   1. P68 plan for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, WeChat and Facebook Messenger; and
   2. P79 plan for WhatsApp and WeChat.
6. U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the Service if you are found to be in violation of the Terms.
7. You may subscribe up to 3 member lines, either “Share 20” or “Share 50”, depending on the plan that you have signed up. For Share 50, upfront payment is required for each Share 50 member line subscribed. If you subscribe up to 3 Share 50 member lines, you are required to sign-up for auto-debit of the monthly charges for the principal and the member lines using your credit card. If you subscribe to Share 50, your credit limit will be increased automatically upon activation of each member line.

1. This Postpaid Plan is available as a bundled service with a device or as a stand-alone service (Service) and is supplied according to the Terms of Service in our Postpaid Sign-Up Form. You must comply with those Terms of Service including our Fair Use Policy, Privacy Policy, the relevant Postpaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the Terms) all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
2. You must pay the Monthly Fee in full even if you do not use the Service to the full value for the month. No part of the Monthly Fee will be carried over to the following months. Any usage exceeding the Monthly Fee will be billed to you on monthly basis. Monthly Fee may also be referred to as “Monthly Commitment Fee”, “Monthly Access Fee” or other names as may be determined by us.
3. Charges for all other services not listed, such as International Direct Dial (IDD) and International Roaming will not be deducted from the Monthly Fee and will be charged separately. Unless specifically stated otherwise, monthly data and bundled minutes are only applicable for domestic usage and will not be available during Roaming.
4. We reserve the right to amend or change the tariffs at any time during the Contract Period.
5. The Service cannot be combined with other package unless stated otherwise.
6. Contract Period will be applicable when devices are bundled together with the Service. We may impose cancellation charges/fees (including unpaid device price) if you terminate the Services (or we terminate due to your non-compliance) prior to the agreed Contract Period. Contract Period may also be referred as “Minimum Period” or “Minimum Term”.
7. If you have bought any device or accessories from us or our dealers, all claims relating to those products are covered by the warranty, if any, offered by the relevant manufacturer. We do not provide any warranty claim on the device.
8. The Advance Access Fee is charged in advance to your account and will be shown in your first month bill. If you do not pay your bill by the due date, this Advance Access Fee may be used to offset any outstanding charges. Upon set off or deduction, we may also require you to pay a further advance fee in an amount that we determine. Any remaining balance of the advance fee will be refunded to you without interest if you terminate this Postpaid Plan provided all outstanding charges have been settled.
9. If you are an existing U Mobile prepaid customer and you wish to switch to this Postpaid Plan, you may retain your phone number. Any remaining SMS, voice minutes or data allowance to which you are entitled under the previous prepaid plan will be forfeited and any content subscription services which are part of your previous prepaid plan will be automatically terminated. However, any credit remaining may be carried over to this Postpaid Plan up to a maximum value of RM100 to offset bill payment. Any credit balance exceeding the sum of RM100 will be automatically forfeited.
10. If you have subscribed to any voice or SMS Postpaid Add-on Pack, when you change your rate plan, any unused quota from the voice or SMS Postpaid Add-on Pack will be forfeited without refund.
11. Upon activation of your new rate plan:
    1. if your new rate plan has an unlimited voice service bundle:
       1. your subscription of any voice Postpaid Add-on Pack on your previous rate plan will be terminated. You will be charged with the full monthly charges of the Postpaid Add-on Pack and any unused quota on the voice Postpaid Add-on Pack will be forfeited without refund.
       2. if you have previously subscribed to any SMS Postpaid Add-on Pack, you will be re-subscribed to the same pack. The re-subscribed SMS Postpaid Add-on Pack will have a refreshed quota and will be valid until the last day of your bill cycle. You will be charged with the full charges for the SMS Postpaid Add-on Pack:
          1. for the previous subscription on your previous rate plan; and
          2. for the renewed subscription on your new rate plan.
    2. if your new rate plan is not bundled with any unlimited voice service bundle, and if you have previously subscribed to any voice or SMS Postpaid Add-on Pack, you will be re-subscribed to the same pack. The re-subscribed voice or SMS Postpaid Add-on Pack will have a refreshed quota and will be valid until the last day of your bill cycle. You will be charged for the full monthly charges for the voice of or SMS Postpaid Add-on Pack:
       1. for the previous subscription on your previous rate plan; and
       2. for the renewed subscription on your new rate plan.
12. Your actual download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability. If your total download and upload use per month exceeds any applicable allocated data allowance, we will manage your bandwidth by reducing your speed.
13. Any add-on services bundled together with the Postpaid plan(s) are governed by separate terms and conditions, which are published on www.u.com.my.
14. All prices stated are exclusive of GST.
15. Miscellaneous
    Advance Access Fee is the amount which equals to the Monthly Fee
    Contract Period is the pre-agreed duration for which you are required to subscribe to the Services.
    Monthly Fee is the monthly fee that you are required to pay for your Postpaid Plan and may be used interchangeably with Access Fee or Monthly Access Fee in www.u.com.my or in your bill.

This U Mobile Complimentary Spotify Premium Promotion (“Promotion”) by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile”) will commence at 00:00 on 23 January 2018 and will end at 23:59 on 31 March 2018 (“Promotion Period”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Spotify AB (“Spotify”). All Spotify trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Spotify brand are the sole property of Spotify or its licensors.


2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).


3. Promotion Eligibility
1. This Promotion is open to Active Hero P79 Postpaid subscribers. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
2. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.


4. Promotion Mechanics
1. To participate in this Promotion, you must select U Mobile billing as payment method for Spotify Premium during the Promotion Period in the following manner:
   1. if you do not have an existing Spotify Premium account, you must:
      1. visit u.my/getspotify;
      2. sign up for a new Spotify Premium account; and
      3. follow the process prescribed by Spotify AB and U Mobile; or
   2. if you have an existing Spotify Premium account which you did not subscribe via u.my/getspotify, you must:
      1. cancel your existing Spotify Premium subscription; and
      2. re-subscribe to Spotify Premium via u.my/getspotify.
2. This Promotion provided is subject to the applicable terms and conditions imposed by Spotify which are available at https://www.spotify.com/my-en/legal/end-user-agreement/. U Mobile makes no representations nor warranties on Spotify Premium.
3. Each eligible subscriber is only entitled to enjoy this Promotion once during the Promotion Period.


5. Complimentary Spotify Premium Subscription
1. Each Spotify Premium subscription is valid for a period of 1 month from the activation or renewal date of Spotify Premium, as the case may be. The regular subscription charges for Spotify Premium through U Mobile billing is RM 14.90 per month (“Spotify Premium Charges”).
2. However, if you complete the steps listed in paragraph 4(a) during the Promotion Period, you will receive a rebate for the Spotify Premium Charges of RM14.90 per month (“Rebate”) which will be reflected in your postpaid bill.
3. The Rebate is valid for a period of 6 consecutive months commencing from the first time Spotify Premium is charged via U Mobile billing during the Promotion Period (“Rebate Period”).
4. The date on which the Rebate will be reflected in your postpaid bill depends on the date of your postpaid bill and the date Spotify Premium charges your U Mobile account. The Rebate will be reflected in your following month’s bill as illustrated below:
   1. if your Spotify Premium Charges via U Mobile billing starts on 20 January 2018 and your U Mobile bill date is on the 1st day of every month, the Rebate will be reflected in your bills dated 1.2.2.018, 1.3.2018, 1.4.2018, 1.5.2018, 1.6.2018 and 1.7.2018;
   2. If your Spotify Premium Charges via U Mobile billing starts on 31 January 2018 and your U Mobile bill date is on the 1st day of every month, the Rebate will be reflected in the bills dated 1.3.2018, 1.4.2018, 1.5.2018, 1.6.2018, 1.7.2018 and 1.8.2018; or
   3. If your Spotify Premium Charges via U Mobile billing starts on 28 February 2018 and your U Mobile bill date is on the 1st day of every month, the Rebate will be reflected in the bills dated 1.4.2018 (for the Spotify Premium Charges for the month of February and March), 1.5.2018, 1.6.2018, 1.7.2018 and 1.8.2018.
5. Spotify Premium Charges will not be pro-rated based on the total number of days of your subscription. Accordingly, no pro-rated Rebate will be provided.
6. You will only receive the Rebate if your U Mobile account is active during the Rebate Period. If at any time during the Rebate Period your U Mobile account is suspended or terminated, the balance Rebate available will be forfeited.
7. Prior to the expiry of the Rebate Period, you will receive an SMS notification from U Mobile of the expiry of the Rebate Period (“Rebate Expiry Notification”).
8. If you do not cancel your Spotify Premium subscription via u.my/getspotify, within the dateline specified in the Rebate Expiry Notification:
   1. the Spotify Premium subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis;
   2. you will be charged the full Spotify Premium Charges without any Rebate after the Rebate Period ends subject to the terms and conditions of U Mobile’s carrier billing for Spotify Premium made available at www.u.my/spotify;and
   3. the full Spotify Premium Charges without any Rebate will be reflected in your next Postpaid bill after the Rebate Period ends.
9. The Rebate is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash in full or in part.


6. General
1. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Promotion or extend the Promotion Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Promotion.
2. By participating in the Promotion, all participants: -
   1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion;
   2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
   3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
3. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile service are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
4. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Promotion.

The mobile hotspot data quota available for the principal line and the data quota for sharing with Share 20 member line(s) will be drawn from the Mobile Hotspot/Data-Sharing bucket. After the data quota from the Mobile Hotspot/Data Sharing bucket is fully utilised, data speed will be managed.
5. You can use P99 via smartphones only and no other devices including MiFi and USB dongle. However, your Share 20 member line(s) under P99 plan can be used via MiFi or USB dongle. U Mobile may from time to time change the device requirement for P99 based on its discretion.
6. P99 includes unlimited Video-Onz with standard definition video streaming. You will not be able to unsubscribe Video-Onz under P99 as it is a default feature of P99.
7. Peer-to-peer (P2P) usage for P99 is up to 64kbps.
8. When there is a network failure, your normal (non-hotspot) data usage may inadvertently be deducted from your mobile hotspot quota. You acknowledge the possibility of this happening and agree not to hold us liable.
