HERO+HERO Sale Promotion

Adding a second (2nd) HERO Postpaid P48, P68, Unlimited HERO Postpaid P79 or P99 at 50% off of the monthly fee for 12 months. Please refer to U Mobile 'HERO+HERO Sale' Promotion Terms and Conditions for more info.

To be eligible, ensure you are subscribed to two (2) lines on Postpaid Plans – Line 1 and Line 2 before Promotion Period ends:

  • Line 1: Any Postpaid rate plans - HERO Plans, iPlans and Ultimate Device plans with minimum monthly access fee of RM70 and above.
  • Line 2: A HERO P48, 68, Unlimited HERO P79 or P99 (new registration or port-in). “Change Rate Plan” from an existing Postpaid plan is not eligible.

  • If you already have an eligible Line 1, just add a new Line 2.
  • If you already have an existing line but below RM70 monthly fee, just upgrade and add a new Line 2.
  • If you do not have any Postpaid Plan, just subscribe to Line 1 and add a Line 2.
  • Both plans must be registered under the same ownership (same Customer Name and Identification- NRIC/Passport).
  • Line 1 must be activated first before Line 2.

This offer starts from 16 April 2018 00:00:00 and effective until further notice.

Line 1: Upgrade existing Plan, register a new Plan or port-in at any U Mobile stores or self-service channels - Upsize your plan, Switch to U Mobile or Online Store

If you terminate any postpaid Plan (Line) within 14 days prior and 14 days after the activation of Line 2, you are no longer eligible for this Promotion. No rebate will be granted from the month of termination and any remaining rebates will be forfeited.

No, this Promotion is applicable for eligible Principal Plan (Line) only.

No, only one (1) line per customer is entitled to one (1) Promotion.

Yes, the standard full amount of Upfront Payment will still be collected upon registration and Advanced Access Fee will still be charged to your account.

The rebate will be indicated in your U Mobile postpaid bill starting from the first bill after activation of Line 2. Please refer to U Mobile 'HERO+HERO Sale' Promotion Terms and Conditions for more info on the rebate timeline.

The rebate is for 12 months upon successful registration of Line 2. Please note that your Line 1 and Line 2 need to stay active consecutively for 12 months to enjoy the all the 12 rebates.
