Yes, you are allowed to switch back to the New U Prepaid plan. However, subscribers of the U Prepaid plan can only switch back to the New U Prepaid plan.

Your FREE calls validity will follow the maximum validity of your account. If the top up amount is greater than the remaining days, then the new expiry is the current date plus the top up amount. Otherwise, there will be no change in expiry date.

For example, if you top up RM30 on day 1 and you make another top up of RM10 on day 15, your FREE calls validity will still be until day 30 and not day 40. However, if you make a RM30 top up on day 1 and make another top up of RM10 on day 25, then your FREE calls validity will be until day 35.

You can start using your FREE calls upon receiving the "FREE calls" SMS notification. The FREE calls count is reset on a daily basis at 12am.
