U Mobile is currently collaborating with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) on a data verification exercise. This exercise aims to verify the integrity of our prepaid subscriber database by rectifying unmatched and inaccurate registration data.

If your registration data such as Name, ID Number and Address is found to be inaccurate, please

  • Expect a call and SMS from our Customer Service representative.
  • Visit our U Mobile stores to check and update your information.
  • Be aware that your mobile usage may be affected if the inaccurate data is not updated.

PREPAID REGISTRATION MUST-HAVES

To register, you must:

Be at least 12 years old.
Have less than 5 SIM cards registered to your name.
Present your original and valid ID. Accepted IDs are:

  • NRIC for Malaysians (MyKad)
  • NRIC for Premanent Residents
  • Malaysian Armed Forces/Police ID
  • Temporary Identity Card (MyKas)

To register, you must:

Be at least 12 years old.
Have less than 5 SIM cards registered to your name.
Present your original and valid passport or work permit identification (i-Kad).
Verify your mailing address in Malaysia with any of the following:

  • E-Kad
  • Student Identification Card
  • Hotel Reservation/Booking Form
  • Latest Utility Bill
