There are no exclusions under this plan.

GoLife’s premium is not subject to GST as provided under the Goods and Services Tax Act 2014. However, this may change depending on the Royal Malaysian Customs Department’s instructions.

GoLife is a pure protection plan and does not provide any cash surrender value.

Yes, the premium paid for GoLife plan may entitle you to claim for personal income tax relief subject to Malaysian Inland Revenue Board’s final decision.

Once you have successfully purchased GoLife, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation and an e-certificate from SLMA within 2 business days from the date of your purchase of GoLife. You may also download the product disclosure sheet, summary of certificate and master policy either from SLMA’s website at https://www.sunlifemalaysia.com/golife/ (“SLMA’s Website”) or from U Mobile’s website at http://u.com.my/golife

You must fill in the nomination form, which can be downloaded from SLMA’s Website. You must submit the completed nomination form manually to SLMA’s head office or online via SLMA’s Website. For more information on how to submit a nomination form, please visit https://www.sunlifemalaysia.com/customer-care/make-a-service-request/insurance/. Alternatively, you may call SLMA’s customer careline at 1300-88-5055 or email them at wecare@sunlifemalaysia.com for assistance

The claim form can be downloaded from SLMA’s Website. The completed claim form together with the required documents can be submitted manually at SLMA’s head office or online via SLMA’s website. Yes, you can, as we offer the Satisfaction Guaranteed Period, where you may cancel your plan within the Satisfaction Guaranteed Period and we will refund the full premium paid for the said plan. If you cancel at any point after the Satisfaction Guaranteed Period, you will have insurance protection under the plan up to the date when the next premium payment becomes due. No cash value or pro-rated premium will be refunded. You can cancel the plan by contacting SLMA’s customer careline or via U Mobile customer careline, U Mobile Self Care Portal or MyUMobile App.
