Enterprise (General)

You will get to enjoy prepaid 3 x validity. If RM10 is being credited into your account you will enjoy 30 days expiry date.

Every 1st of month, the balance amount from last month will be offset. If there isn’t payment received on 1st of month, Enterprise prepaid Airtime service will be deactivated and transfer of credit from Main account to prepaid number will not be made available. Existing Main Account and Prepaid Account will not be impacted. The line is still active.

Once the service is deactivated, when you try to access to the corporate Self Care portal, you will not be able to add / remove a prepaid number and transfer credit.  On the 3rd month of deactivation, the main menu link to ‘Manage Enterprise Prepaid’ will not be applicable when you view the account.

Yes, you may deactivate Enterprise Prepaid Airtime plan. You may contact Account Manager whom are serving you or email to enterprise.sales@u.com.my

You can check your balance via Corporate Self Care portal. Go to ‘Account Information’.

No. cancellation cannot be made once the transfer has been processed and confirmed and no refund, whatsoever shall be granted. 

Main Postpaid Account can logon via Corporate Self Care portal to transfer credit to peer prepaid number. Upon successful transfer, Prepaid Number will receive an SMS Notification that h/she has received a transfer of credit via Main Account.

Prepaid Number is required to reply ‘OK’ to 28145. No SMS charges to Prepaid number.

Main Postpaid Account is allowed to logon to Corporate Self Care to add & remove prepaid member from enterprise group. Upon successful added Prepaid Number via portal, an SMS Notification will be send to Prepaid MSISDN to request Prepaid to accept & acknowledge to join the group. As for removal of Prepaid Number via portal, an SMS confirmation will be send to inform Prepaid Number that h/she has been removed from group.

You will not be able to perform any credit transfer via corporate web Self Care portal. You may also check your remaining air time credit via portal, at account information menu under Manage Enterprise Prepaid Airtime.
