  6. Send <Usage> to 28118

You will receive a SMS notification when you have exceeded the allotted quota. There will not be any additional charges. Your speed will be throttled upon exceeding your high speed quota.

Your outgoing calls will be charged based on your current Prepaid rate plan. Alternatively, you may also renew your unlimited mobile internet plan to start enjoying free talk time again.

Your SMS will be charged at U Mobile's standard prepaid tariff.

Your UMI can be deactivated through UMB at *118*3*1*4# or via SMS (“Off UMI 20”,“Off UMI 30”, “Off UMI 38” or “Off UMI 50”) and send to 28118. Each SMS will be charged RM0.05

You may stop the auto renewal through UMB at *118*3*1*5#.

Your existing UMI will be replaced by your new UMI. Any unused quota and minutes will be forfeited, and not rolled over to the new UMI.
Eg. Any unused quota and minutes for existing UMI 50 will be forfeited when UMI 30 is purchased. You will only be entitled to the allocated data and minutes of the latest UMI purchased.

No, you will not be able to subscribe to UMI Plans during passive period.

No, your UMI plan will not be auto renewed during passive period.

Your unused balance will be rolled over to your new bundle along with a new validity date, however the bundle has a max cap of:

UMI 20 - 40 mins
UMI 30 - 60 mins
UMI 38 - 300 mins & 60 SMS
UMI 50 - 100 mins

Any excess of minutes and SMS will be forfeited.
